cramped family room ventilation humming
the room I booked, a family room, felt quite cramped. there was also a persistent humming noise, likely from the ventilation system, , made it difficult to sleep soundly. i found the lack of soundproofing disappointing given the price. the noise from the corridor was very noticeable, especially early in the morning.

room issues detracted from the experience

bathroom sink cold room
the room itself presented a few issues. the bathroom sink didn't drain properly, quite annoying. also, the temperature control seemed to be centrally managed, i could not adjust it. this resulted in the room being colder than i preferred, even with the extra blanket the staff provided. honestly, it impacted my stay, i even caught a slight cold.

the staff was very cooperative i found all necessary facilities available in the room. the hotel was clean. the location is also great
the bathroom sink did not function properly it was disappointing. the room temperature is centrally controlled i could not switch on heating. i caught a cold

Excellent location and attentive service

convenient location subway access very nice staff daily water
The location is VERY convenient. The hotel is close to the retiro park and offers easy access to the subway. The staff was nice and always ready to assist with any questions. The team even brought us a bottle of water each day.
The hairdryer in the bathroom stopped working after a few minutes. I think there was some kind of overheating protection.
